CaCDS is a complete personnel management system designed to meet the specific needs of certifying organizations. CaCDS allows you to:
- Manage data for certified personnel, including tracking contact information, certifications, training, and more!
- Generate contact reports, labels, certification cards, badges, and more.
- Grade Scantron and InspiroScan tests and generate pass/fail letters and certificates automatically.
- Create, send, and forward fully formatted emails either to an individual, or to a group of people who meet the criteria YOU select.

Features
Manage and report on your personnel data
- Track and report on personnel contact information, certifications, training, CE, and test data.
- Store personnel photographs and have those photographs printed on badges, certification cards, and identification reports.
- Generate reports, address labels, and envelopes for contacts that meet the criteria you specify.
- Use the CaCDS e-mail client to send fully formatted reminders.
- Configure the automatic updating of certification statuses.
- Define mailing groups, assign those mailing groups to personnel, and then create reports, and send distinct emails per mailing group.
- Query on personnel that meet parameters you specify.
